SINCE 1978, THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN FOREST CONSERVATION EFFORTS TO ENSURE HEALTHY FORESTS FOR THE FUTURE.
OUR strategy:
The Alabama Forestry Foundation along with public and private partners engages family forest owners to improve habitat for at-risk species, improve water quality, and restore shortleaf and longleaf pine forests. We provide a variety of free services including technical assistance, management plan development, and technical training as well as educational opportunities through workshops, field days, and demonstrations.
